Our process

Our process for initiating partnerships is quick and efficient:

Introductory conversation: Get to know each other and gauge mutual interest in a partnership

Information sharing: Sign a NDA and review preliminary business information (e.g., financials, employees, your desired role)

Offer: After learning your business, we provide a simple partnership proposal. If we have an agreement, we’d sign a non-binding letter of intent

Diligence: We can complete a fulsome due diligence process in as little as 45 - 60 days

Partnership: Close and get back to doing what we love - building the business
